We aim to post goods ASAP. If we find there is a shortfall of any item we will contact you to try and arrange alternative of make a refund for those items.

You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days but if the goods have already been posted you will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the goods. If wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and within 7 days at the latest by e-mail or mail.

If the goods are faulty or the wrong item is sent to you we will cover the return postage costs for the item(s) in question, you will not be charged postage for replacement goods in the event of you accepting exchange or replacement goods.

We try to ensure all the information on our website is accurate, if you find something that you believe not to be correct or accurate please contact us and we will endeavour to put this right.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
